New Guest Parking System Coming to OSU 4-H Center

Free Parking, New Process

Beginning March 1, 2026, the Nationwide and Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Center (2201 Fred Taylor Drive) will transition to Offstreet, CampusParc’s new guest parking system.

This web platform will help keep record of guest vehicles in the lot and prevent unaffiliated vehicles from parking. Parking will remain free, but we will be phasing out the paper passes.

How to Register

The 4-H Center’s Offstreet parking portal is available at: go.osu.edu/4hpass

Signs with QR codes will be positioned by exterior entrances and digital signage on the first floor for easy reference.

Quick Registration Steps

  1. Park in either the 4-H Center or Bill Davis lots
  2. Visit go.osu.edu/4hpass
  3. Input your license plate number and state
  4. Enter the 4-digit event code
  5. Add your name and click Done

Note: Parking is validated for the day and can only be done on the day of your event.

Important Notes

  • A 4-digit code is required (provided by event sponsors)
  • Codes have set terms and will be replaced periodically
  • License plate numbers are required – remind guests to have this ready
  • An iPad will be available in the lobby for those without smart devices
