Details: The current energy code for Ohio is based primarily on ASHRAE 90.1-2007. The learning objectives will be to discuss notable changes to the mechanical chapter of 90.1 contained in the 2010 and 2013 versions of this standard. Discussions will also take place on items being considered for the 2016 standard. If you have a question about 90.1 and would like to have it addressed at the meeting, please email your question to Ned Heminger in advance (nbheminger@hawainc.com). Also time will be taken to hear feedback/suggestions from the Central Ohio Chapter that can be shared with the 90.1 MSC.

Ned Heminger received his BSME degree from The Ohio State University ('88) and is a principal at HAWA, Inc. where he also serves as the Mechanical Department Manager. In addition he is the Mechanical Subcommittee Chair of ASHRAE 90.1.
