Monitoring Based Commissioning
The presentation will explore how the data that exists in various Building Automation Systems (BAS) can be analyzed and prioritized to provide operations staff with applicable solutions through the use of monitoring-based commissioning. The MBCx approach combines innovative data collection technology with engineering expertise to maximize each building's energy savings potential. It utilizes continuous monitoring, fault detection, and building performance dashboards based on predictive analytics to provide persistent and continuous energy savings.
